Medicaid Redetermination in West Virginia. What do you need to know?

What is Medicaid redetermination?
Every year, you have to reapply for Medicaid in order to keep your benefits. During COVID-19, the government didn’t make anyone do this. But now, you have to start reapplying again.
What do I have to do to keep my Medicaid benefits?
Update your contact information with the Bureau of Medical Services at 304-558-1700 or call your local Department of Health and Human Resources office.
To update your address:

- Visit www.wvpath.org
- Call 877-716-1212
- Fax: 304-558-1969
- Write to P.O. Box 1668, Charleston, WV 25326-1668
