If you’re concerned about improper conduct from anyone at Groups or our contractors, please contact our  Compliance Hotline at (888) 980-5995 or on this form. We take these matters seriously and will follow up with you. If you prefer, you can remain anonymous. You can also contact your office staff for support.

What should you report to the Hotline?
  • Accounting, auditing, and internal financial controls
  • Falsification of contracts or records
  • Fraud, waste, or abuse in billing and overpayments
  • Regulatory violations
  • Theft or inappropriate use of corporate funds
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Improper gift giving or receiving
  • Employee code of conduct violations
  • Member privacy and confidentiality of health information
  • Member rights violations
  • Harassment or discrimination against members
What should you not report to the Hotline?
  • Safety or emergency medical issues:
    Please call 9-1-1 if you are experiencing an emergency and need time sensitive assistance.
  • Member customer service complaints:
    Please call your local office or Groups’ Recovery Access Center at 800-683-8313 and press “3” for additional after hours support in your recovery.
  • Prescription or medication assistance:
    Please call Groups’ Rapid Response Team at 800-683-8313 and press “2” for prescription and pharmacy support.
  • Discharge or admissions questions:
    Please call your local office or Groups’ Recovery Access Center at 800-683-8313 and press “3” for additional after hours support in your recovery.
  • Staff Human Resource questions:
    Please email hr@joingroups.com if you are a staff member with Human Resource questions or concerns.
