What is Medicaid redetermination?
Every year, you have to reapply for Medicaid in order to keep your benefits. During COVID-19, the government didn’t make anyone do this. But now, you have to start reapplying again.

- If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for or want to speak with a person, call their Customer Assistance Service line: 800-547-2927.
- If you are no longer eligible for Medicaid, Contact Nevada Health Link or a Certified Enrollment Counselor or Broker/Agent in Nevada to see if you’re eligible to enroll in coverage through a special enrollment period.
